Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all youth related activities at STS Academy ASP
    • Responsible for ensuring that a minimum of (TBD) participants per day are attending STS Academy ASP
    • Coordinate room and facility space usage with school(s) and Site Coordinator
    • Develop and enforce rules and regulations procedures for youth participants & Staff
    • Ensure the safety and welfare of students who are delivered and retrieved from sites by parents/ guardians
    • Ensure safety regulations and procedures are in place for all activities & events for STS Academy ASP
    • Coordinate activities with Site Coordinator & other specified LEA Staff
    • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are ordered on a timely basis
    • Responsible for ensuring that all participant information (i.e. District academic records) is given to the Administrative Assistants in a timely manner
    • Ensure that all participant files and forms are filled out correctly and are up to date
    • Attend all meetings as assigned by the Program Lead & Director
    • Attend all funder mandated meetings
    • Ensure that there are enough snacks for after school participants
    • Communicate effectively with school staff regarding programs
    • Meet w/ program consultants and instructors to ensure quality assurance for programs
    • Attend staff meetings as directed
    • Ensure that all subcontractors and consultants have fingerprints and TB clearance

    Required Hours

    Days:  Monday – Friday 

    Hours:  Mondays (12:30pm – 6:00pm), EOD 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm
