Frank West – Secretary

 

Mr. West was born in Jefferson, Texas; he is currently single and in excellent health.

Some of his biggest interests are: reading, traveling, and volunteering for Non-Profits like STS Academy & SS Jeremiah O. Brien (S.F.)

Education: B.S. in U.S. History with a minor in Education and a M.S. in Political Science.

Experience: U.S. Navy, worked through college at a variety of jobs: construction, sawmills, and worked in the maintenance department of a college campus.  After college, he accepted a job teaching at Chabot Community College and stayed there for 24 years.

He is now retired and enjoys helping others through volunteer work.
